Homemade Hot Pockets Recipe


6 pieces sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 15oz. refrigerated pie crust

1 egg. beaten…set aside

4 eggs, scrambled

1 T. butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees…let pie crust come to room temp., about 15 minutes. In a skillet, place the butter and 3 eggs (beaten) and scramble. Remove from heat and set aside. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet. Lay out one round of the pie crust and cut in half (half moon wise). Then slice that half in half. Place a portion of the scrambled egg in the center, then some of the crumbled bacon and some cheese. Top with another piece of the pie crust and using a fork…crimp together. Repeat with remaining crust. Beat the remaining egg and brush over the top. Poke a couple holes in the tip using a fork and bake for 20-25 minutes.
