Ingredients
(4 people):
1 kg prawns
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (frozen)
1 teaspoon of apple vinegar (or other)
1 teaspoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of nuoc-mam sauce
1 teaspoon of tomato puree
1 teaspoon mild curry
1 pinch of sweetener
100ml of water
Preperation:
Shell the prawns (it takes the longest!)
Pass under cold water for a few minutes (I can’t stand salt less and less) and let drain
Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic
Fry in an oiled non-stick pan with paper towel
Add prawns and cilantro
Deglaze with vinegar and add the remaining ingredients
Cook for 5 minutes covered
